”Lovely place”, said our 1 year old son, when we arrived, and he is definitely right. So peacuful place, where you can ”live like a local”, but if you need help, you’ll get it right away. Niccolò was very helpful and made us feel like we are home. The apartment was perfect: It was very clean, and it was lovely to cook in the kitchen and eat outside staring at the sunset. The pool was amazing, and there is good tennis court also. Already planning a new trip!

Lovely pool within a garden where you can relax and get away or have fun in the water with your children. Stunning sunsets and beautiful starry night skies. Delicious home cooked dinners can be requested in advance. Large rooms, living areas and outdoor dining. This area is a more natural and raw area of Tuscany with lots of appeal within easy and cheap train ride of Florence or Arezzo. Niccolò and his family have lots of great recommendations for activities, site seeing and delicious restaurants in the area.

We have had an amazing time here. Celebrating our daughters birthday party with family and friends. The place, Niccolo and his family gave us a memory we will keep in our heart for the rest of life. We will be back.

We had 4 wonderful nights at Agriturismo Petrognano. Niccolo's hospitality exceeded our expectations. The farmhouse accommodations were everything we hoped for - spacious, quiet, peaceful, relaxing. With only a 5 minute drive to the San' Ellero train station, this place was perfect for accessing Florence as well as for touring the villages of Tuscany. Niccolo went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. He was extremely responsive and offered many suggestions for places to see, eat, visit and explore. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Niccolo for making our trip to Italy a great one!

A beautiful and aesthetically designed outfit, run by Nico and team with an astounding sense of hospitality. The apartments are very spacious with lounges overlooking some stunning landscapes. A blissful place to unwind and just enjoy nature. secluded, yet easily accessible to town. Though nearby places were awesome to visit, we were happy to stay put in this wonderful paradise. Another high of our visit was meeting Benelli,Nico's father, past gold medallist in Athens olympics (skeet) , a genial and joyful person with enormous values in ensuring customer satisfaction. A place not to be missed
